Please read this before booking an inspection on IkdHub.
The booking fee
The booking fee is paid to IkdHub for processing and confirming your inspection. It is shown before you pay. Any inspection fee an agent charges on the day is separate and not controlled by IkdHub.
Choosing a time
You offer up to three preferred times. We, or the Partner agent, confirm one of them with you by phone. You will get the time, the full address and who to contact by email and in your account.
Refunds
- Property unavailable, or we cannot arrange your inspection in time: the percentage set in our refund policy (normally a full refund).
- You cancel early enough before the inspection: a full refund; later cancellations may be partly refunded.
- The agent or inspector does not show up: a refund or a free new time.
- You do not show up: no refund.
The exact percentages and time limits are shown on the booking page before you pay. Refunds are reviewed by our team.
On the day
- Arrive on time and bring a valid ID.
- Do not pay rent or any fee during the inspection without checking documents and getting a receipt.
- If something feels wrong, leave and contact IkdHub support.
