Does IkdHub cover all of Lagos?
No. IkdHub covers Ikorodu only, so every listing and every agent is local.
Is checking availability free?
Yes. We ask the agent or owner for you at no cost and tell you as soon as they answer.
What is the booking fee for?
The booking fee is paid to IkdHub to process and confirm your inspection. Any inspection fee charged by the agent on the day is separate and is not controlled by IkdHub. The current fee is shown before you pay.
Can I get my booking fee back?
Yes, in line with our refund policy: for example if the property turns out to be unavailable, or if you cancel early enough. The exact rules are shown on the booking page and the Inspection notice. Refunds are reviewed by our team and usually reach your bank within 5–10 working days.
Does IkdHub take a commission on rent or sales?
No. Rent, sale price, agency and legal fees are agreed directly between you and the agent or owner. IkdHub earns only from booking fees, Partner memberships and optional promotions.
What is a Partner?
A Partner is a verified agent or owner with an active membership. Partners show their contact details, chat with customers directly and run their own inspections. For other listings, IkdHub support handles enquiries and inspections.
Why can I not see the full address of some listings?
For listings that IkdHub handles, the full address is shared after you book an inspection. This protects owners and makes sure inspections are arranged properly.
How do I pay?
Payments are made securely through Flutterwave or Paystack (card, bank transfer or USSD). IkdHub never sees your card details.
How do I list my property?
Create an account, choose List properties and complete the short application. Our team reviews it, usually within one to two working days.
How do I contact IkdHub?
Use Chats in your account, or the phone, WhatsApp and email details at the bottom of every page.
