How IkdHub works

IkdHub is a property marketplace for Ikorodu only. Every listing is reviewed by our team, availability is confirmed before you go, and inspections are arranged for you.

For people looking for a property

Search. Browse by category and town, and use filters for price, bedrooms and more. Save searches to get new matches by email.
Check availability. Tap Check availability on a listing. We ask the agent or owner and tell you as soon as they answer. It is free.
Book an inspection. When the property is confirmed available, choose up to three times that suit you and pay the booking fee shown when you book. The fee is paid to IkdHub for processing and confirming your inspection.
Inspect. We confirm the time with you by phone and share the full address. For Partner listings, the verified agent arranges the visit with you directly.
Agree the deal directly. Rent, sale price, agency and legal fees are agreed with the agent or owner. IkdHub does not take a commission on any deal.

For agents and property owners

Apply. Create an account, choose "List properties" and send your details and ID. Our team approves every application by hand.
Post listings. Approved listers can post straight away. Listings are reviewed before they go live and stay live for the period shown in your dashboard; renew them in one tap.
Get verified. Verification confirms your identity. It is optional, but you need it to become a Partner.
Become a Partner. Partners get the Partner badge, their contact details on listings, direct chats with customers and their own inspections. See the plans in your dashboard.
Promote. Optional paid promotions (for example Featured) help a listing stand out. Promotions are always labelled.

Staying safe

Never pay rent or any fee before you have inspected the property and checked its documents. IkdHub staff will never ask for your card PIN, OTP or password.
