These Terms govern your use of IkdHub (ikdhub.ng), a property marketplace for Ikorodu, Lagos State. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
1. What IkdHub does
IkdHub helps people find properties in Ikorodu and connects them with agents and property owners. IkdHub is not a party to any rent, lease or sale agreement. Deals, rents, agency and legal fees are agreed and paid between customers and listers outside the platform.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your password safe.
- One person, one account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Agents and property owners
- Every lister account and every listing is reviewed by IkdHub before it goes live. We may approve, reject or remove any listing.
- Listings must be real, accurate and located in Ikorodu. You must have the right to advertise the property.
- Photos and videos with watermarks (for example TikTok watermarks, phone numbers or other platform logos) will be rejected and deleted.
- Listings expire automatically after the listing period unless renewed. Mark a property as rented, sold or unavailable as soon as it is no longer available.
- Unless you are an active Partner, you must not conduct inspections booked through IkdHub yourself; IkdHub coordinates them.
4. Fees
Customers pay IkdHub an inspection booking fee to process and confirm an inspection. Any fee charged by an inspection agent on the day is separate and not controlled by IkdHub. Listers may buy optional Partner memberships and promotions. Refunds follow the refund policy shown before payment.
5. Prohibited use
No fraud, fake listings, harassment, spam, scraping, or attempts to break the security of the site. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
6. Liability
We work hard to keep listings accurate but we do not guarantee any property, lister or transaction. Always inspect a property and verify documents before paying anyone.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make important changes we will let you know and may ask you to accept them again.
8. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
